We will initially advise you of the availability of a bus and then quote you a price for the hire. Payment of a deposit will confirm the booking.

If the area is unknown to us we will then carry out a reconnaissance of the route to ensure that a double deck bus can get through.

We go to great pains to ensure that the crew know the route, the pick-up points and the wedding or reception locations.

All weddings are bespoke and you can hire one of our buses to transport guests from their hotels to the wedding venue, from the venue to the reception, or to convey the Bride or Groom from home to the venue or together from the venue to the reception. The choice is yours.
